Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: October 6, 2026
Welcome to Hopper Exterior Cleaning. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the exterior cleaning services provided by Hopper Exterior Cleaning. By using our website, requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or engaging us to perform services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
Hopper Exterior Cleaning provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including soft washing, pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and related services.
Service availability may vary based on property location, property conditions, weather, accessibility, safety considerations, and other factors. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue work when conditions make the requested service unsafe or impractical.
2. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are based on the information available to us at the time the quote is provided, including information submitted by the customer, property measurements, photographs, satellite imagery, or an on-site evaluation.
If actual property conditions, dimensions, accessibility, or the scope of work differ materially from the information used to prepare the quote, Hopper Exterior Cleaning may revise the price before performing the affected work. Any material pricing change will be communicated to the customer before proceeding.
Promotional offers and discounts may be subject to specific eligibility requirements and may be modified or discontinued at any time unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. Scheduling, Weather, and Access
Service dates and arrival windows are subject to weather, equipment availability, safety conditions, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Exterior cleaning is weather-dependent. Hopper Exterior Cleaning may reschedule service when weather or property conditions could affect safety or service quality.
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the areas being serviced and ensuring that gates are unlocked, vehicles or other obstructions are moved when necessary, and exterior water sources are accessible when required.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Before service, customers should secure or remove fragile or valuable outdoor items from the work area and ensure that windows and doors are properly closed.
Customers should notify Hopper Exterior Cleaning before service of any known conditions that may require special care, including damaged or deteriorating surfaces, loose siding, failing paint, leaking windows or doors, electrical issues, damaged screens, pre-existing roof damage, or other vulnerable property conditions.
5. Pre-Existing Conditions
Exterior cleaning can reveal deterioration, staining, oxidation, discoloration, loose paint, damaged seals, failing caulk, cracks, or other conditions that were previously concealed by dirt, algae, mildew, or other buildup.
Hopper Exterior Cleaning is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing defects, improper installation, normal deterioration, or conditions that could not reasonably be identified before service.
6. Cleaning Results
We strive to provide excellent results, but some stains, oxidation, mineral deposits, paint discoloration, organic growth, or other conditions may not be completely removable through standard cleaning methods.
The appearance of a cleaned surface may also vary because of age, wear, previous treatments, sun exposure, repairs, or differences in the underlying material.
7. Property Protection
Hopper Exterior Cleaning uses professional cleaning methods and takes reasonable precautions to protect landscaping, structures, and surrounding property.
Customers should notify us of unusually sensitive plants, surfaces, fixtures, water features, electrical equipment, or other areas requiring special attention before work begins.
8. Payment
Payment is due according to the terms provided with your quote or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of service.
Customers may be responsible for applicable taxes, fees, or other charges disclosed before payment.
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. Customers should provide as much notice as reasonably possible when requesting a cancellation or rescheduling.
Hopper Exterior Cleaning reserves the right to establish cancellation or rescheduling fees for certain appointments, projects, or circumstances when those fees are disclosed to the customer in advance.
10. Satisfaction and Service Concerns
Our goal is to provide an exceptional customer experience. If you have a concern regarding completed work, please contact Hopper Exterior Cleaning promptly so we have an opportunity to review and address the issue.
Any corrective work will be determined based on the original scope of service and the circumstances of the concern.
11. Photographs and Documentation
Hopper Exterior Cleaning may photograph or record areas of a property before, during, or after service for documentation, quality control, training, and verification of completed work.
Any use of identifiable customer property photographs for advertising or promotional purposes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any permissions required.
